Certification
For Silva Carvalho Catering, Quality and Food Safety is a priority. Besides the Industrial Exploration License nº 016/R/2004 that allows us to produce meals and serve them anywhere in the European Union, our Food Safety Department is responsible for the Food Safety System (based on the HACCP methodology), set-up in our Main Kitchen. Periodical tests at all stages of production ensure that all Safety Food Regulations are complied.
